Tenant Screening - We screen for prospective tenants who are trustworthy. We have a specific tenant screening process that goes through the prospective tenants’ credit history and backgrounds.

Handle Complaints - All complaints about tenants are directed to us and not you. Excessive noise, illegal parking, breaking association house rules, etc. We handle all complaints so you don't have to be bothered.

Coordinate Tenant Turnover - We coordinate when tenants move in and out. We check the rental spaces after previous tenants for damages, organize cleaning, and fix any damages before new tenants move in. If we encounter the need for eviction, we proceed according to the Hawaii Landlord-Tenant Code.

Set, Collect, and Adjust Rents - Rents are set based on the developments in the real estate market. We have a system for collecting rent from tenants. Our online tenant portal makes it easy for tenants to pay their rent electronically.

Property Maintenance - We ensure your property stays in good condition and is a safe environment for the tenants. Maintenance means investigating and resolving tenant complaints and enforcing rules of occupancy. Renovate as needed or coordinate the work of contractors. We provide rental owners with an online portal where they have access to everything they need to know about their rental properties.
